Hi Wendy, just thought I’d share that as of yesterday I’m 60 days without a cig, thanks so much for all your help 💝

Wendy was made for this, hand on heart she is perfect at this. She knows how and what to say, having a calming voice before, during and after a session. I enjoy my time thoroughly and she has helped me immensely since starting, so much so I don’t think I’ll ever go without seeing Wendy!

I had been struggling with stress and health anxiety for over a year, which eventually developed into a fear of flying. With family living abroad and a passion for travel, I knew I had to address these issues. From my very first sessions, with Wendy focused on my general stress and anxiety, I noticed an almost immediate difference. I used to get stressed while driving, but soon realised that the anxiety had subsided significantly.
After a few more sessions, we began addressing my fear of flying. I felt much better, but sharing my progress with a family member inadvertently triggered my anxiety again. Wendy, with her incredible expertise, introduced me to a thought disruptor word, “jellybean,” and in the Rewind session itself suggested using a silly song or scene to lighten my memory of previous experiences. This approach was transformative.
Although I haven’t flown yet, I plan to soon and, so far, I haven’t felt anxious about it at all. Wendy’s guidance has been amazing, and I am so grateful for her support.

I am not one to take time for myself, but my sessions spent with Wendy were 100% time well invested. They enabled me to move through a rather dark and low period in my life, towards a much more optimistic, proactive and self-fulfilling attitude towards myself and my life in general. She helped me identify what I valued and prioritise myself through talking, guided meditation and relaxation techniques. Wendy has a real gift for listening and guiding you gently through difficulties or obstacles in life. I would very much recommend her to others to help them quieten a busy mind, take some time for yourself and help identify personal barriers.

Wendy has helped me immensely with my mental health. Now I find the positive in most things naturally, without even needing to think too deeply. Wendy has stuck with me longer than we had planned which I am very grateful for as she has really helped me to train my brain, rather than leaving after a certain amount of time and hoping I can cope by myself. I feel very supported and have been introduced to many useful techniques.

Wendy’s hypnotherapy sessions have really helped me remain positive through a difficult time in my life, acting as executor for my late Grandfather. Wendy is empathetic and clearly cares for her clients and their well-being. I’ve found the night meditation particularly helpful to relax me and help me slip into a restful sleep. Thoroughly recommended.

I was always sceptical of meditation—I have ADHD and have never had the patience or focus to give it more than a few minutes. Wendy changed that for me. Her calming voice, the beautiful visualizations she created specifically for me, and her empathy and genuine desire to help was something I genuinely looked forward to every week. It greatly helped me in regulating my emotions.
Then life threw me a curveball. Little did I know, I was actually in training for what was ahead. Everything I had learned from Wendy helped me reframe the situation, shift my perspective, and stay positive and motivated. Because of that, I got through a very dark period. I will forever be grateful.

Wendy really helped me when I got burnt out following the death of my mum. She is so easy to talk to and made me realise it was ok for a bloke to feel the way I was feeling. I still miss my mum but I can deal with it all so much better now.

Wendy’s compassionate hypnotherapy approach has helped me tremendously! I always look forward to speaking with her, and she has genuinely helped me so much. I have been able to apply her teachings to many facets of my life, and I am very grateful for the care that she has provided. Thank you Wendy!

After 40 years of having a phobia of enclosed spaces, a few sessions and I have been able to confront and begin to overcome my claustrophobia. Wendy is empathetic, helping me to build my confidence. I’ve now managed for the first time to just get on a train. It seems a ‘normal’ thing to do, however for me this has opened my horizons. Thank you so much! 5 stars.

I’ve had a few hypnotherapy sessions with Wendy to help me with confidence. Wendy is very professional, friendly and caring. Her meditations take me on a journey into trance, where the magic happens. I feel very relaxed, safe, and comfortable with the process, which Wendy explained during our first session together. Wendy is very knowledgeable about the brain and how regular hypnotherapy meditation alters the neuroplasticity. My confidence has grown as a result of the regular sessions and I am more than happy to recommend Wendy to friends and family.

Highly recommended. From the very first time meeting Wendy, there was an instant connection. She has a beautiful calming aura with an amazing ability to put you at ease, making you feel relaxed and safe within minutes of meeting her.
